Jim at Paul’s Integrity Auto Repair was truly a pleasure to work with. These guys are awesome at what they do and beyond fair with their pricing. I just recently had an emergency repair completed on my truck in under two business days. Jim kept me informed and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He even offered additional recommendations on service that needed to be done while the engine was apart which saved me money in the long run and prolonged the life of my vehicle. Sure they could have said nothing and waited for that item to become an issue and charged me all over again, but they didn’t. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time! I’m pumped I found an honest reputable garage in my area to service my family’s vehicles. I’ve done the big brand dealerships and it’s a nightmare. I felt as though Paul’s Integrity actually cared about my best interest and not just getting my truck out of the lot. Thanks so much for all your help through this difficult time and I look forward to seeing you guys again. Albeit not too soon!!!

Paul and team were our car guys when we first moved to NH, as we lived right in Rollinsford. Since moving 30 minutes away, I’ve been to other shops and have been so disappointed by the lack of service and integrity. I had been taken advantage of by the last car shop, and am a happily returning customer of his - it’s worth every mile of my commute to their establishment. Jim has been great, too, he speaks car talk in terms I can understand. I highly recommend this auto shop!

My Yukon needed to be fixed quick and the did a quick and quality job

I brought my Jeep in for service and it had a check engine light on. Their master mechanic, John, figured out the problem the same day and fixed it. It previously went to Jeep dealerships and they couldn’t figure it out. John found a ground problem. I highly recommend that people bring their vehicle to John. He is a master technician with over 30 years experience. He’s pretty good looking too! 😜

I have been taking my Audi A4 to Paul's Integrity for years and completely trust him and his staff. I recommend him to anyone who has ever dealt sketchy garage as Paul's is the furthest from that. Honorable, honest, competent, skilled, knowledgeable, I'll go on and on. It gives great peace of mind knowing I have trustworthy mechanics to work on my Audi's that I love. I'll be bringing my brand new A5 to him once the dealership warranty expires or sooner if I lose faith in the Stratham Audi as I have complete faith in Paul's Integrity. Update Nov2019 A4 clutch and flywheel replaced for half the dealership price! Always exceptional...experience, workmanship and price! Ty Paul&team!!!
