I’m so thankful I found Paul’s Integrity Auto. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience couldn’t have been better. John at the front desk was incredibly helpful and honest right from the start. Another shop had erased the codes on my car, and instead of guessing, John told me to come back once they reappeared and told me they’d fit me right in. That’s exactly what happened, which I really appreciated. I explained everything going on with my car to Paul, who was the mechanic, and John went over everything with me and kept me in the loop the whole time. I left my car with them for a few hours and received text updates throughout, along with a clear breakdown of what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. They were honest, informative, and genuinely kind, something that’s not always easy to find. The pricing felt fair and manageable, and I never felt pressured. I’ll definitely be going back for future repairs and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop in the area.

** Edit- Had to bring the car back a few days later after it started making noise. They got it in as soon as they could, identified the issue, took care of it and had the car back same day. Very pleased with them still 10/10 definitely recommend. Called early this morning for grinding brakes, they were able to get me in same day, quoted me a price that was less than I've ever paid before. Made sure I understood that price might change if they had to replace the calipers. They were able to do the job at the price quoted and were able to get the job done before they closed. Great customer service, up front communication. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely go back

Great experience! I called them on a Thursday afternoon about my noisy car and got an immediate response. So I dropped my car off the next morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. They did a great job keeping me updated, and it was an extremely easy and seamless process. I also felt like the work was very fairly priced. I will definitely go back for any car issues (hopefully I won’t have more issues, but now I know where to go if needed!). Thank you!

Responsive, reasonable prices, reliable, honest, fast and kind. What more could you want from a small business? Paul’s was super easy to work with and I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future. My dealership told me I needed rear breaks when I actually needed both, and told me I needed a new drive belt when the one I had was just fine.

2/26/2026 I made a Facebook post concerned that my brakes were bad due to hearing a squeak when I reverse. Paul reached out quickly and was able to get me an appointment asap. He even adjusted my appointment when I reached out asking if I could come in immediately on only 20 minutes notice. When we got there CJ took care of us right away. Cj looked it over and told us the brakes were at 95% and explained the brake type, and why I would hear squeaking now and again when I reversed and how to resolve that. They were very honest and not after any money as the entire ordeal cost nothing for us. The man (service manger?) sorry I didn’t catch his name, was also great. Very friendly. Will be scheduling our oil change and cabin filter change with them. As parents of 4 young kids who are strapped for cash, like most, we can’t afford 1) to be taken advantage of and 2) to not service our vehicle. Safety is a must for our kids! So we really really appreciated the honesty and everything that was done today. CJ even related saying he has 5 kids and 2 grandkids (god bless! ) This is a true shop to go to if you want honesty. I just had my starter go out in my 2009 dodge caravan. I walked in got a quote for a new starter. I had my car dropped off and they put a new starter in and complete within 2 hour and they charged me 60 bucks under the estimate. The best! I have gone to many shops in my 38 years of life and I'm never satisfied even if I go somewhere for a year I eventually have to find somewhere new it gets frustrating as a female shopping for a new shop millionth time. I always overlooked rollinsford for any services untill now. I was very satisfied when I went here very thorough, got me in short notice, & reasonable prices. My car is old and high miles and I need a good place to keep this old thing going, I will be going back!.

I needed to find a new mechanic – the owner at the shop I used for 5 years stepped away from the business, and the family and staff that took over tried to pad the labor charges on two occasions – I caught them both times. I am a small business owner, and trust is most important. A friend uses Paul’s and recommended him and his shop. I called on a Monday, got an appointment on a Wednesday, and the car was repaired (excellently) by Friday. Paul’s provides a 3 year/ 36,000 warranty on parts and labor, which is outstanding in this industry. All shops generate revenue to pay the bills through labor and a mark-up on parts. They use premium parts, and have a very, very reasonable mark-up (I researched the cost) and labor rates. John, the service advisor, was transparent and communicated through the entire process, including the diagnostic charge and was very polite, timely and comprehensive - I asked him some tough questions. CJ worked on my car, was very thorough in his assessment, and did a 1st rate job – I can’t hear the motor run. Paul and his whole staff work hard, are early to work and do everything they can to make sure the customer has an excellent experience. Their shop is also one of the cleanest and best organized I have seen. It is only my first time using their services, but I would encourage anyone who needs automotive repair to check them out, first. I will go back for all my car’s needs. Thank you guys. I appreciate what you do.

Brought my Jeep in because of oil leak. I just had one fixed 2 months ago by someone else. They squeeze me in when other shops were out 3 to 5 weeks. They could have taken me to the cleaners with this as it could have been many things but they were honest and only fixed the one thing that was wrong...the repair done by someone else 2 months prior. They were very helpful in explaining everything and very reasonably priced! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Owning my first Mini Cooper S, I researched where to have it serviced. I read the reviews for Paul’s, had driven by the garage, and decided to give them a try. I spoke with Paul.. about recharging the AC and he went over every detail and explained sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I decided to take the gamble… my time is limited so they squeezed me in for an appt. I was greeted professionally, explained what could happen and what could not. They brought my car in and I was told of every step they were taking to fix the AC. They found a coolant hose that had not been reconnected after an oil change at another business. The car had been loosing coolant, so the fixed that. 35 minutes later my car was fixed and ready to go. AC working beautifully. During the process, pictures were being sent to me with every step of the process. Never have I seen this before… highly impressed! I cannot say enough good about this place. My Mini now has a new place for service going forward with 100 percent faith in Paul’s. I was given a handshake after payment and left there on a high, knowing all the steps they had taken, the update on every move, and the appreciation of my business. Thanks to Paul’s for a wonderful experience!

I've been discussing upgrades to my older F250 with one of the guys @ Archies offroad, after realizing they had consolidated Archies with Paul's, I wasn't really sure what to expect. as a first time customer and traveling a couple hrs to have them inspect the truck before they did any upgrades I felt CJ and Paul to be very personable, knowledgeable, honest and fair! I hope to bring it back in the near future to replace the worn out front end parts that I expected needed to replace as well as the upgrades we I had discussed with Paul! The compressor in my AC system gave out right in the middle of this past heat wave just when I needed it most so I went looking for a shop who could make the repair at a reasonable price and Paul's Integrity Auto came thru for me. John and the master techs went above my expectations in terms of answering my questions and concerns and getting the work done quickly so I could have my car back with minimal impact. I like the fact they use quality NAPA parts and are upfront with their pricing. I've been around many garages and have seen the good with the really bad. Had my AC fixed on a 2009 Toyota RAV4, the service was quick and professional. When I initially called they gave me a diagnostic cost of $145, when I dropped it off it was explained that the cost would be $299-$399 depending on the coolant used by the car mfg. (It was $300 when finished.) I was a bit taken back but I was glad it was explained up front. I did call around before choosing Paul’s and the diagnostic cost was in the range anyway. I’ll be using them again in the future.

EXCELLENT 1st time experience at Paul's Integrity Auto Repair! The owner reached out to me on FB and offered to provide me a 2nd opinion on work my, now former, shop was recommending. Turned out NONE of the recommended work was needed, but that my former shop had misdiagnosed a leaking rack & pinion and front differential seal. The real, actual problem, which Paul's tech's immediately found, was a failing steering pump that was leaking onto the steering rack & differential. They were able to get my 2017 Tacoma in right away the next day and replace the steering pump, saving me at least $2500 that was quoted as an estimate, plus whatever more it would have cost me to replace the steering pump. The whole job came in under his original estimate, which included an oil change, which his tech's also determined needed to be done (and likely hadn't been done by the previous shop at a previous service appointment). Paul and his staff were thorough and kept me informed of everything, every step of the way, showing me exactly what needed to be done and why they recommended it. Their honesty, professionalism and courtesy were outstanding! All future service on my Tacoma will be done at Paul's, I consider myself very lucky to have found them! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5/5 stars, I'd give them 10 if Google would let me!

I brought my 2012 Jeep to Paul's after one shop turned me away due to air suspension being too difficult, and another shop attempted to overcharge the work. The technicians at Paul's got me in quickly, pinpointed the major problem, and worked hard to make sure it fit into my budget. They were confident with the complicated system and gave me lots of advice on how to address the things I wanted to handle myself. (As a woman, that doesn't always happen. Felt very respected and seen by these men.) While everyone else was backorderd on my parts, Paul's crew had them in the shop the next day. They even send photos of their findings so clients can assess. When I picked up my Jeep , I noticed a noise. Paul's had me come right back, and 5 minutes later, they had pinpointed and corrected the heat shield. When I came back to confirm that the sound was gone, all 3 techs were by the door and excited to hear it was smooth. These technicians care about their work, their staff, and their customers. I left for Kentucky the day after I got my Jeep back from Paul's, and she made it the full 1200 miles without a single issue. I can not be grateful enough for the compassion, care, and quality Paul's provided.

Took truck in for a freon gas re charge as A/C was not working. Paul's completed the task,but did not correct the lack ofA/C. They diagnosed the situation and found my fuse box had been infiltrated with mice ,who decided the eat 17 wires,thus leaving the electrical connections a mess. I needed a headlight replaced and a pile of other repairs on my 2013 VW Jetta and only had the money for the headlight and labor at my initial appointment. They worked with my timeline and budget for the subsequent repairs and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. I paid a fraction of what it would have cost to go to VW for the work, and it took a fraction of the time as well. The itemized estimate I was given was totally accurate. I also appreciated how thoroughly I was walked through the issues. I learned what I had to replace now, what could be delayed, and when those things would become urgent. This place is incredible in my opinion. If you had to describe this repair shop team in three words it would be honesty, integrity and hard work. I had extensive work done on my 2009 Toyota Corolla and the work they did was solid. A day after returning the car home, a tree fell and totaled my car. I called the repair shop to request the invoice. Anthony went out of his way to write a detailed email about the repairs and worked with my insurance company he couldn't understand the work that was done. Everyone at the shop is super knowledgeable, love vehicles and ultimately wants to fix people's vehicle problems. Look no further than this repair shop. I will continue to do business with Paul's Integrity as long as I live on the seacoast. I recommend you do the same.

These guys are amazing! They managed to get my car in the DAY before my warranty ended- good thing because it needed a new engine. Well that new engine turned into also a transmission and then a starter and the amount of labor that took... let me tell you, it was all worth more than the whole car. After 2 months of that car i can imagine we ALL were sick of it! Warranty paid a good chunk but these guys worked with me for the out of pocket expense so I didn't get screwed over and drowned financially. I can't express how much they helped me out!

I'd send anyone who needs work done on their truck or car to Paul and his team, I know how it can be to find trustworthy dealerships and mechanics for a vehicle that's why since finding Paul's Integrity I won't let anyone else work on my vehicle. They have done right by me two times now. The first time I went to Paul's was after another mechanic was suppose to replace my brake pads and rotors he only did the backs and proceeded to push off doing the front end until it ended up causing premature wear and tear damage to other areas, after calling around I brought my suv to Paul's they got my front brakes replaced that same day. I most recently brought my vehicle back in last week from this review due to the check engine light coming on and I'm glad I did! Their mechanic Ricky thoroughly looked over my suv and caught a few different issues that were starting I didn't even know were there to begin with and wouldn't have until it broke down had I not brought it into Paul's. Just like the company name says their employees are honest and hardworking I was given a week time frame for repairs and even after finding one of the bigger problems days into repairs, I'm glad he caught before I found out the hard way Ricky still fixed my vehicle in a swift manner and I can rest easy knowing he did great work getting my vehicle back on the road asap. We brought car in for brake line replacement, ended up taking way longer than we expected as they ended up doing both brakes. Car was in shop 5 days when we thought it would be 2 days. The cost was not cheap, 1,023.89, they quoted us a high quote but because we thought it would only be 2 days we agreed. They were extremely nice and friendly, brake lines fixed, just too long to have been without my car for the high bux we paid.

I was told to check out Pauls Integrity from a friend of mine after my mechanic retired. Upon a quick online search, I could tell I had found my new mechanic. I emailed Paul to see if he could help me with a 2017 Taco suspension kit and upper control arms. A few seamless emails back and forth and we nailed a price and date down. I cannot express how enjoyable the whole process was. From my communications with Paul to working with Kate (you know she runs the show)....hell I even got a good breakfast recommendation from them. They did a superb job on my truck....my baby. I love my truck. Paul treated it like his own and it shows with everything he does. Due to the wonderful salt roads, my truck had some BRUTAL rusted nuts/bolts and took Paul about half a day longer than he expected. Many shops would of rushed this job, but NOT PAUL.....he took the time, patience and energy to do it right. They even helped me identify the next couple items I should focus on for a truck my age/mileage. I cannot express how happy I am with Paul and Kate and the overall experience. My brakes were making this terrible noise and after doing some research, I decided to give Paul's a try. They were able to fit me in very soon and had it fixed within the day which was super helpful with my work schedule. Now my brakes make no noise at all and the car rides super well and like new. So, my ABS light in my car has been coming on for the last few months and I assumed it was the wires again since a couple of years back this issue happened, and it was still under warranty, so I brought it back to the Ford dealer and had it fixed. I don't have a warranty anymore so after being contacted by Paul at Paul's Integrity Auto Repair in Rollinsford I figured I would give them a shot and brought it there yesterday expecting to pay a few hundred dollars but to my surprise I was told by Kate at the shop it was just some corrosion on one of my sensors and they cleaned it up and all is good. The bill was under $200😀, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Paul for reaching out to me and correcting the problem without breaking the bank!

Paul, Kevin & Kate (the ever charming receptionist) came through for me in an above-and-beyond way a couple weeks ago when my Mazda 3i suffered from a cracked exhaust manifold, which means an inspection fail and probably messes up O2 sensor readings, resulting in no sticker for me Bub and likely a hit on fuel economy not to mention Mother Earth. Much to all our dismay--and I think they suffered with the job way more than I did--new parts which were by all accounts supposed to fit weren't fitting and they wound up engineering a proper part on site--brilliant! Who doesn't love a happy ending??? My Silver Bullet is now purring like a kitty and zooming down a road near you and all is as it should be. PLUS, the price for the repair came in considerably less than quoted. They are modest, but I think they ate a lot of the labor charge in the name of customer service. This has been an experience in service provider perseverance, intelligence, quality workmanship and the best customer service a person could ask for. Kate, Kevin & Paul, take a bow. You've got me right where I want you.
