Quick competent service for reasonable price. I have used Paul's Auto Repair for several years and have found prices to be reasonable no matter how small or large the work that was required.

A busy auto place and there is a reason. Paul was able to get me in promptly to deal with a bad ball joint. When it became clear that the job would take longer due to the extent of the damage, he immediately gave me a call and let me know what the situation was. He was able to take care of it and even stayed at the shop later to finish up my car despite having a ton of cars that he and his team were working on all day. I am very greatful to have a safe car again, for his honest and prompt communication, for getting me in there on short notice, and for the high quality work he did on my vehicle. Five stars!

Failed inspection for rusty brake lines. I agreed to have this shop do the repairs. He said all lines were replaced and the vehicle is ready to go. Once home I took a quick look and was astonished. Does this look like all lines were replaced ? I complained and he said the rest were fine. When I asked to have all lines replaced you would think they would have done the whole job. Very disappointed with this shop. They lost a future customer and maybe others. Posted a few pics. One line is just hanging with no support.

I have had my car serviced at Paul's Integrity Auto many times. The staff is always respectful and honest, and they've always done quality work for the best deal possible. No one likes having to service their car, but it's nice to know you can go to trustworthy people and get a great price too!
