Paul, Kevin & Kate (the ever charming receptionist) came through for me in an above-and-beyond way a couple weeks ago when my Mazda 3i suffered from a cracked exhaust manifold, which means an inspection fail and probably messes up O2 sensor readings, resulting in no sticker for me Bub and likely a hit on fuel economy not to mention Mother Earth. Much to all our dismay--and I think they suffered with the job way more than I did--new parts which were by all accounts supposed to fit weren't fitting and they wound up engineering a proper part on site--brilliant! Who doesn't love a happy ending??? My Silver Bullet is now purring like a kitty and zooming down a road near you and all is as it should be. PLUS, the price for the repair came in considerably less than quoted. They are modest, but I think they ate a lot of the labor charge in the name of customer service. This has been an experience in service provider perseverance, intelligence, quality workmanship and the best customer service a person could ask for. Kate, Kevin & Paul, take a bow. You've got me right where I want you.
