From the first time I called Paul's, I was treated to nothing but the utmost respect They got my in as soon as possible even when they were booked they found a way to squeeze my new (to me) truck in. I had quite a hefty bill which shocked me and I was a little hesitant because of past experiences with other garages. They took the time to not only explain everything in detail but to take new? and send them to me before they did the work. They knew I had to have my truck in 2 days and Paul worked tirelessly on my truck to have it to me in time. All the way from the front desk to the mechanics and picking up y truck was not only easy but they treat you like a friend and I am more than happy with the services received and they now have a life customer and I will recommend my friends and family as well. I am only using Paul's Integrity from now on. I had a horrible transmission problem. I took my car to two mechanics before Paul's and neither of them could find anything wrong with my car. One mechanic pretty much told me just to avoid highways. A friend recommended Paul's to me and they were amazing! They diagnosed the problem within a day and had my car up and running with an all new transmission within the week. The staff is wonderful and willing to take the time to talk with you. I felt comfortable that they knew what they were talking about the whole time. I definitely recommend! Service: Transmission
